All of the 2018 Scalextric cars (there are at least 55 of them) and the six sets that have been announced are now available for pre-order under this LINK HERE. Scalextric is only officially announcing half of the 2018 products now, with the remainder to follow this summer---we have listed all of them but the 27 later releases do not have photographs. The Ferrari 330TRI that raced at LeMans in 1962 was specially designed by Scudéria to meet the requirements of the regulation of the new category prototype 4l. The experienced teammates Hill-Gendebien end the race five laps ahead of their competitors; the GTO #19 of Jean Guichet and Pierre Noblet and GTO #22 of Léon Dernier and Jean Blaton. The TRI330 was the last front-engined car to win Le Mans.

Matra was one of the significant entries at Le Mans in the late sixties with an excellent chance at winning their class. Le Mans Miniatures has recreated the car that raced in 1968 and one from 1969. These are cast-resin, ready-to-race models and both are out of production so order yours while they are available.

The Matra Team entered four different cars at Le Mans in 1969.The Matra MS630 number 32 was destroyed in Daytona and was rebuilt with a complete new chassis for Le Mans. Three of the Matras finished 24 hours between the fourth and seventh place, with the number 32 car in fifth.

The number 24 MS630 was the only Matra entry at Le Mans in 1968 as a test run for 1969 race cars.. The car was driven by Henri Pescarlo and Johnny Servos Gavin and it retired in 22nd hour.

The firemen have been an essential sight at races around the world but this is one of the first in 1/32 scale. He is cast-resin and hand-painted.

The fire brigade is essential at races, particularly at the Le Mans 24 Hours. On and outside the track, these experts watch the safety of the public and the drivers. This fire-fighting uniform was common from the middle of the 1990s to the early 2000s at the Le Mans 24 Hours.
